Video Playback

The streaming of the video to your computer is dependent on your internet speed. If the video is pausing while viewing, simply click on the pause button and let the video download for 1-2 minutes to allow a buffer. You can see the download progression next to the play/pause button as it downloads.

Login Issues

Your login username is the email address used when you registered for Train The Trainer Online.

If you have forgotten password, click here and enter your email.

Does the product expire?

A: No, there is no expiration date. You can take as long as you like to consume the materials as they do not expire.

iPad Issues

Video Playback:

The video is optimized for tablet viewing. Please note that when you click a video to start, there will be a 2-3 second delay as the video format is being loaded.

Downloading Files

PDF File Instructions:

System: Mac
Browser: Safari

To view PDFs, clicking on the file will automatically open it in a new window. To download it to your machine, right-click and select ‘Save Linked File as…’, and select the folder that you wish to save the file to. The file will open in your Preview program.

System: Mac
Browser: Firefox

To view PDFs, click on the file and select OK when the prompt appears. The file will open in the Preview program, which is the Default program to view PDFs. You can also save the file to your machine instead of simply opening it with Preview.

After clicking on the PDF icon, a new tab or window will open displaying the PDF. You may also right-click on the button and select ‘Save Link As’. The file will then be viewable using Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Adobe Reader may be downloaded for free here.

After clicking on the PDF icon, a new tab or window will open displaying the PDF. You may also right-click on the button and select ‘Save Target As’. Save the file to a location that is easily accessible (Desktop). The file will then be viewable using Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Adobe Reader may be downloaded for free here.
